Icipe Staff Housing Cooperative (ISHCo) Society Limited was registered in August 2012 under the Cooperative Societies Act (Cap 490). The primary objective of ISHCO is to provide for its member’s strategic and affordable investment opportunities in land and housing. As an investment cooperative, ISHCo draws its membership from the current and former staff of Icipe and the hosted institutions. The current membership stands at 163. The Society projects a rapid growth in membership over the next five years.

Since its inception, the Society has successfully delivered to its members five (5) prime land projects of about 45 acres and with a total of 303 plots. Among the value additions to the projects are common security fence, road network, water, and communal/public spaces. The Society looks forward to providing strategic and creative housing and real estate investments that will deliver homely neighborhoods and greater returns to investing members. Our projects are fondly referred to as Duduville Park Estate.
